Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.

    • Returns are accepted only when a damaged or incorrect product arrives.

    • Unboxing video and images are required for refund approval.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Process

    • Contact us at shivohamliving@gmail.com with order details and issue.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

    • Use the Return & Refund section on our website to process the return request.

  3. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after return approval.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

  4. Damaged Product During Shipping

    • If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, we will either:

      • Send you a replacement product or

      • Refund the full amount if the product is unavailable.

    • To qualify, share an unboxing video of the damaged product via email.

    • Once we receive the unboxing video, we will initiate a new shipment or process a full refund.

    • The same process applies to returns.
