Damaged Product During Shipping

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, we will either:

Send you a replacement product or

Refund the full amount if the product is unavailable.

To qualify, share an unboxing video of the damaged product via email.

Once we receive the unboxing video, we will initiate a new shipment or process a full refund.
